Background:
    o IRC channel #apache-commons on irc.freenode.net
      (traffic is SUPPOSED to be logged to
      <URL:http://Source-Zone.Org/apache-irc/> so that
      the content of interactive discussions is available
      to everyone, but the logger isn't working)
