I have tried to download this file from multiple workstations, networks, and browsers. Each time, the

I was able to download it fine using wget:

 19:06:42 (273.84 KB/s) - `incubating-log4net-1.2.10.zip' saved [8203576/8203576]

as well as FireFox 3.

I was able to resume a previous, failed download attempt using Firefox 2.0. You can close the ticket...
although I can't explain what changed.
