Including ASL code in an Apache project

Is there anything special I need to do or be aware of if I want to re-use code in an Apache project that already has an ASL header on it?

Just curious why you are asking this question on Logging General instead of Legal Discuss?

Re: Including ASL code in an Apache project

I'm not on the legal-discuss list and I thought someone on this list may have already included ASL code into an Apache project.

Re: Including ASL code in an Apache project

Usually there is no problem with using other ASL licensed stuff (as a
dependency). If you want to copy the sources to trunk and modify them
I think you should ask, then it is probably a case for IP clearance
and incubation.
Here is a good FAQ: http://apache.org/foundation/license-faq.html

And, as Ralph already mentioned, legal-discuss is a nice and friendly
place with people who know better than me :-)

Cheers
