Test release

I have created a first release at /home/twgoetz/uima-distributions/2.2/RC1
on people.a.o.  There are many things still to do on the documentation, but
if anybody wants to start testing with something that looks like a release,
here it is.

Re: Test release

I've created another test release.  This one has a tag in svn,
uimaj-2.2.0/uimaj-2.2.0-01.  I created a sub-folder for 2.2
in the tags folder as it's getting pretty crowded in there.
The release contains the version number updates, so I think
it makes sense to start testing with it.  You can find
the distributions on people.a.o in
/home/twgoetz/uima-distributions/2.2/01
