[CLAM] CLAM in Debian!

Just in case you didn't read it in CLAM news, finally CLAM did its way into 
debian official repositories. Many thanks to the maintainer, Taniguchi Takaki.

I think libclam-dev has a bug. It builds only against jack2 and not 
jack1 (see bug report in Debian).
For some reason I also can't rebuild the debian package on my debian system.

Is that something we should fix, or is it just debian maintainer stuff?
