Windows XP hangs

all


my previous mail went out too soon.

The background is:
- I am building a PortAudio binding to Ada
- I converted the "pinknoise" example (paex_pinknoise)
- The application basically performs identical to the version in the PortAudio distro.

My conversion hangs after Pa_Terminate for almost a minute before the executable terminates.

Questions:
- Does portaudio create a separate thread for each stream? If so does it happen when Pa_StartStream 
- if so when does this thread stop? Does Pa_StopStream do that?

Are there any Ada developers in this group?
