Portaudio Windows with ASIO and MSVC 2010: Error in running exe

Hi,

I am using PortAudio v19 on Windows 7 with Visual C++ 2010 and ASIO.
I am trying to build VC project using http://www.portaudio.com/trac/wiki/TutorialDir/Compile/WindowsASIOMSVC tutorial. 
I am successfully able to run the code in the Debug as well as Release modes, from the source code.

But as soon as I try to run from the .exe file, it gives the following error "vipul.exe has stopped working".
On using 'Debug the program', it shows the following error.
Unhandled exception at 0x76aeb9bc (KernelBase.dll) in vipultest2.exe: Microsoft C++ exception: PCErrWin at memory location 0x0032c278..

I have tried searching on internet, but could not get any clue about the problem. Kindly help.
