So I'm a few months behind the curve, but I just read through this,
and it prompted a few updates to doc/install.txt accordingly.  Thanks
for pointing out the CherryPy dependency, which I forgot to document.
It is now listed.  I've also added a "Minimal install" section to
doc/install.txt, which should walk you through installing BE without
Sphinx, numpydoc, CherryPy or Jinja, if you so desire.
