update version number in be-1.0.1 please

Hi,

great program, looking forward to using it. Just a few questions/comments, if you'll indulge me. Thanks!

1. please update the version number in the last tarball from "downloads.bugseverywhere.org", and in "be" repo on gitorious. currently it says 1.0.0, which is clearly misleading. Thanks!

2. also it seems that the setup.py version is set to the date, and not the version number, which causes it to be listed by pip freeze as "Bugs-Everywhere==2011-03-05" and not "Bugs-Everywhere==1.0.1"

3. also can anyone verify that jinja-x.x is requred, and not jinja2-x.x. Thanks!

4. also the dependencies don't seem to be listed in the setup.py so pip doesn't install them automatically, which is not a big deal, but would be a nice feature?
