Missing Zend external file.

Hi !

I'm using Flyspray 0.9.9.6 and when I try to display the dependancy graph I have this error :

Warning: require_once(Zend/Http/Client/Adapter/Exception.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /includes/external/Zend/Http/Client/Adapter/Socket.php on line 147 Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required 'Zend/Http/Client/Adapter/Exception.php' (include_path='/includes/external:.:/include/') in /includes/external/Zend/Http/Client/Adapter/Socket.php on line 147

If I look in the ZIP file downloaded today on the website, the file doesn't exist.
Packaging problem ?

The webservice is down, this is why it is raising an exception, Im
fixing this now, however the file seems to be indeed missing.
