$g_email_receive_own setting on mantisbt.org

Hi,

Is there any specific reason why $g_email_receive_own = ON in our
bugtracker ?

I personally do not need to receive e-mails for my own updates (=spam).
Unless someone objects, I suggest we reset this config option to its
default value OFF.
