Asking help about recording booking

Hi everybody:
I don't know well but sudenly I can't recordering booking (like a user 
or administrator). And it is slowly
The following error it show:

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in 
C:\xampp\htdocs\mrbs\session_php.inc on line 59

Please, anybody help me???

Which version of MRBS are you using?   And have you changed anything in your
server or PHP configuration recently?

1.4.8,  I only install again this version. The config is:

$timezone = "America/Argentina/Buenos_Aires";

$dbsys = "mysql";

$db_host = "localhost";

$db_database = "mrbs";

$db_login = "root";

$db_password = '';

$db_tbl_prefix = "mrbs_";

$db_nopersist = 1;

And I enter by administrator/secret or bob/b and from a client.

 From phpmyadmin the db "mrbs" and his tables is ok.

The xamp is ok.
