Looking for a hotshot in the Pittsburgh area

I've got an opening to start a team of system engineers in the
Pittsburgh office of Intermedix.

To try to expand a little beyond what the job posting says:
I'm one of the people here who gets the hard problems thrown
at him, and now I'm being asked to start a team to extend the
amount of projects I can be handling.  The work will probably
be a combination of projects (like "plan out the upgrade of
every Postgres server in the company and get it done") as 
well as product support.  The product support is upper-tier
(not helpdesk) -- I'm generally called when the helpdesk
scripts don't answer the problem.  In some cases I've helped
to write the helpdesk scripts.

I have a strong desire to never fix the same problem twice --
because I fixed it right the first time, and I'm looking for
someone who shares that attitude.  The work environment
would generally be classified as "casual", but the pace is
usually fast and sometimes hectic.
