RRDtool web Wizard

Hi guys,

As already stated on the Support page of RRDtool
(http://oss.oetiker.ch/rrdtool/support.en.html), there is a new RRDtool
Wizard which should help us build the long command line options for the
RRD create and RRD graph commands.

Not all RRD options and features are supported by the wizard but the
most common are, so it should be usable for most of the use-cases. If
there is enough interest and if you find this tool useful, I could
extend it.

Feel free to share your thoughts about it as I didn't hesitate to drop
you this note :)
