Hello Mario,
I met you at GNOME Asia Summit 2009 :). That was unforgetable event for me.
I've tried Pootle before sending the previous email to you, I can't use online traslation because I can't type anything into the textarea, and there is no Submit button, only Skip, Back button and Comment textbox are working. I've tried Chrome and Midori browser but got the same error. I didn't test with Firefox because it always crashes when starting, I'm using Ubuntun 10.04 with lubuntu-desktop, and I'm trying to fix that problem.
I have just requested Vietnamese team on Transifex.
Hope I could upload my translation soon.
By the way, Currently I'm in An Giang, my hometown, I bet you know where An Giang is :).
