Announce: Synopsis 0.11 released

I'm happy to announce the release of Synopsis 0.11.

About Synopsis
==============

Synopsis is a multi-language source code introspection tool that
provides a variety of representations for the parsed code to enable
further processing such as documentation extraction, reverse
engineering, and source-to-source translation.

Changes
=======

This is a major bugfix release. Among the issues being addressed are:

* Support for Python 2.6

* Support for OS X builds

* An important fix related to how template specializations are 
represented in the IR.

* HTML correctness has been improved for the HTML formatter.

* Packaging improvements have been addressed, resulting in this being 
the first release making it into the Fedora distribution. (Any takers 
for pushing this into Debian and co. ?)
