Does QEMU have all the supports to boot android on arm ?

You mean Android as a guest? The first question you should be
asking is "android on ARM on what hardware?". If you can find
an Android build for one of the machines QEMU supports (vexpress-a9
is probably your best bet, or maybe beaglexm in qemu-linaro)
then in theory it ought to boot. However since I don't know of anybody
who's currently doing that you are likely to find bugs that need to
be fixed.

We don't support the 'goldfish' virtual platform that the official Android
emulator targets.
