Wine release 1.4-rc2

The Wine development release 1.4-rc2 is now available.

What's new in this release (see below for details):
  - Bug fixes only, we are in code freeze.

  20534  gdb proxy mode: allow interrupt from command line (e.g. Ctrl-C)
