What should find_blockdevices() return?

Hi,

according to <https://systemausfall.org/mail-archive/?0::393> the 
function find_blockdevices() in core.blockdevices.py is a not working 
proper. I was hit by the same problems and want to fix it.

So: What is find_blockdevices() supposed to return exactly?

The truth is, I never got around to hunting this down. We used to have
pydoc-generated hyperlinked documentation, but the permissions on that
part of the website mysteriously changed so that it is no longer
accessible. I can send you a tarball of the docs if you like in case it
may help you sorting this out.

Thanks for this offer, but I will not need it. In case 
of find_blockdevices() there is no doc string, thus no doc.
