After sending my original email, pkgmk picked up some more problems.  Here
they are:

Should be linked to:

EVP_MD_CTX_copy_ex.3 -> EVP_DigestInit.3
 EVP_MD_CTX_copy.3 -> EVP_DigestInit.3

...Should be linked to:
