[PATCH] add u+2016 (double vertical line) and u+27C2 (perpendicular)
Hello, Here is a patch to add u+2016 (double vertical line) and u+27C2 (perpendicular) to Sans Mono. Double vertical line refers to the ASCII vertical line twice with some offset (the gap between them is debatable). Perpendicular is identical to "up tick"; the glyph could have been bigger if it is not for a mono space font, but I think this is the right thing for mono. This is my first patch. I looked up things in archive and saw a similar patch. The author was asked to provide the oblique and bold versions of them. I could do bold, but I don't know what I'm supposed to do with oblique version of perpendicular ^^; Let me know what it takes to get this accepted.
