That's just it: I cannot afford to install Cygwin and keep it in
workable shape, in parallel to native MinGW based development
environment.  I simply don't have enough free time for that.  What
little resources I have, I must use most of them for productive work,
not for tinkering with two subtly conflicting development
environments.
