Pango-1.21.1 released [unstable]

Pango-1.19.0 is now available for download at:

This is a development release in yet another exciting cycle
in Pango development, leading to Pango-1.22.0, which will be
released just in time for GNOME 2.24.

Notes:

 * This is unstable development release. While it has had
   fairly extensive testing, there are likely bugs
   remaining to be found. This release should not be used
   in production.

 * Installing this version will overwrite your existing
   copy of Pango. If you have problems, you'll need
   to reinstall Pango-1.20.x

 * Bugs should be reported to http://bugzilla.gnome.org.

Was anything actually fixed for this bug? The resolution of the bug  
is "NOTGNOME" and the bug doesn't list any change that was made in  
the pango source. The comment in the bug suggests that pango just  
requires a newer freetype now (one which provides freetype2.pc).

I made Pango clear say that it's disabling cairo because it found no
usable cairo font backends.  This is the diff:
