Announce: GVFS 0.99.5

Another GVFS release! This time it's version 0.99.5, and it's more
robust than ever.

For those wondering, GVFS is the GNOME Virtual File System layer, which
provides implementations of various file system protocols, like WebDAV,
FTP, SMB, archive files and so on, to applications.
