No, they have an interface to setup libsocialweb accounts (called
Bisho). It doesn't help you create a single "Google" account (chat,
calendar, mail) for example.

I see chat, but I don't see twitter for some reason in the current setup.  Gwibber is our only answer correct for a twitter client?
