Go to:

/home/toni/garnome-2.24.0/bootstrap/libtasn1/

then open Makefile

change your MASTER_SITES line with this:

MASTER_SITES = http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/gnutls/

save

go back and make paranoid(android)-install ;) this solve your issue
