[Mingw-cross-env-list] libpaper error

from the newest git clone:

Wrong checksum of package libpaper!

Please try again after a "git pull". Commit 
caefb69845cf32452de7e7f384e2c762b29ad651 adds a alternate URL where this 
version is still available.
