Updated: mksh-40.0.0c

I've uploaded release R40c of the mksh shell.  For details see:

To install using mingw-get, you need to remove the previous revision
(if installed) due to conflicts with the version number:

mingw-get remove mksh

Then to upgrade to the new release:

mingw-get update
mingw-get install mksh

Please report any issues to the list.
