General questions about using the MinGW Developer Tool Set and it's use with the Win32 API

missing CertEnumCRLsInStore

Hi,

Gnutls since 3.0.20 refers to CertEnumCRLsInStore. This does not seem to be provided by MinGW's w32api
(wincrypt.h), although I see it in spin-offs.

Could this be added, or is there perhaps a problem finding a legit source?

Looks like it might be a matter of updating w32api. This request looks
