Should Inkscape

Hey guys,

I'm trying to use inkscape to moc up something quickly, but it's getting
in my way. It keeps on trying to snap to anything and everything when I
don't want it to EVER snap anything to anything, in fact I'd love
snapping to go away as it's hard enough to draw with a touchpad without
having inkscape making my nodes go to the wrong places automatically.

I just looked at the inkscape prefs, there's no kill snapping option. I
guess I'll have to go in and disable it via code, unless anyone has any
suggestions?

Best Regards, Martin Owens

Re: Should Inkscape

Hey Martin,

If you hit % it toggles snapping on and off.

Cheers,
Josh

Snap settings are on a toolbar on the right. The button at the top
toggles all snapping. Pressing % on the keyboard (as Josh mentioned)
has the same effect.
