Dear Matthew, dear all, I tried ROI analyses using single-subject SPM(2) designs. The preprocessed images have been moved to a different place. I used 'change design path to images' which worked and I got results. However, if I use add images to fMRI design, using exactly the same preprocessed images, I get quite different results, although the same design, ROIs and Contrasts have been employed. How is that possible and which results should be used? Thank you in anticipation, Udo -- -- Dr. med. Dipl.-Psych.
