A PyMinuit binary for Windows

Hi all,
  I've coaxed pyminuit to build with MSVC++ Express 2008, and now have a version suitable
for dropping into your Veusz install directory (on Windows). I've attached the .zip;
the binaries are GPL2 (only), and the source code is available from the pyminuit project
on Google Code.

Jeremy, do you think it makes sense to post the zip on the Veusz download page? (Or
maybe turn it into an installer?) Since they're GPL2-only, I assume you don't want to
distribute them _in_ the GPL2+ binary installer...

Regards,

If the pain is only 140K, it might be worth including directly. I think
it's ok including a GPL2 component, as the GPL doesn't say anything
about the use of the code, only the distribution rights.

I could always adjust the copyright in the installer to list out the
copyright/licenses of the various components.
