Well, we've got two yes and one no. Should I take that as agreement
that it's OK from the rest, or do we need to find another time?

Is there no way we can wait until everyone is present?

I'm sorry, I'm not sure I understand. I'm trying to establish when
everyone might BE present. Do you know a date and time when that will
be certain? I'm not particularly attached to the time I've proposed,
if there's a better day I'm all ears. We could push it back to
Thursday to give people more time to respond (it shouldn't really be
that hard, though, a simple yes/no is sufficient), but then some of
the people who've already responded may not be able to make it.

Alright, the response rate hasn't been good and I doubt it'll improve
in the morning. How about Thurday the 7th at 1400 UTC?

I can't but thats ok. My main input is that I think we need somebody
from the maemoCC
to talk to everybody involved on a more regular basis. IMHO I doesn't
need to be a "all-in"
approach if there is a mediator.

Kind regards

Re: Scheduling the May sprint meeting

Hi all, can we meet again at 06:30 my time (13:30 UTC)? This worked for me last month.

http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?month=5&day=7&year=2009&hour=13&min=30&sec=0&p1=0

I can only attend until 14:30 UTC because I have to have breakfast and go to work.

-----------------

***PLEASE:

Can someone be assigned the task of keeping the logs and posting them to maemo.org when the meeting is finished? I don't know how to run the bot or whatever, and I don't have write access to maemo.org, so I suggest someone who has both of the above.

I have been a slacker lately ;) Due to the huge amount of work involved in
website restyling, this fell off my radar a bit.

I will upload the missing logs asap.

If you are giving the time in UTC, I need you to push it *back* a half hour. This is what I was trying to ask. UTC does not have daylight saving time, so 13:30 UTC is 14:30 in London this time of year,  09:30 in Philidelphia, and 06:30 in Vancouver.
