Office routine - the conclusion so far

Thanks for your great tips.

After some experimentation, I have found an almost ideal solution:
David Allen's Outlook Add-in, Palm-Outlook conduit (updated) and
Agendus Professional.

The only problem is with projects, as always. The solution offered by
the add-in is not bad, but it cannot be synchronized to the Palm. More
accurately, while in Outlook next actions are linked to their
projects, in Palm there is no way to determine to which project a task
belongs. I had to resort to a workaround. There are other, minor
problems as well, but I can live with them.
