1) From Microchip. So easier sampling and better support in many cases.
2) Cheaper C32 compilers with no USB key or node-lock (IAR/Keil for ARM)
3) Fast I/O toggling speed. Many ARM7/Cortex M3 MCU can not toggle I/O
pins at high speed compare to PIC32.
4) Cheaper USB programmer (PICkit 2). But no cheaper USB JTAG debugger yet.
ICD2 seems not so good for PIC32. Real-ICE is not that cheap.
