CTRL M characters in POST

I just stated using Grinder. I started off with version 2.8.6 as the
configuration is quite simple. I am having an issue with CTRL M characters
being inserted in the POST message. I have file which I am trying to send as
part of the POST message. Message below shows how the file is received
inside of the application. CTRL M characters are confusing the HTTP Server
and is not recognizing the HTTP header correctly. Can any one point me on
how I can get rid of these CTRL M characters? I am not sure if the
configuration is not done correctly... Any help is appreciated. The input
file does not have any CTRL M characters.

Config File :
grinder.test0.parameter.url=http://203.198.78.79:6060/abcdchange/ZZCCPSUPPEDI
grinder.test0.parameter.post=a4612100OBTQI00out_packaged

The way the file looks on the HTTP server application:
POST /abcdchange/ZZCCPSUPPEDI HTTP/1.1^M
Host: 203.198.78.79:4080^M
Connection: Keep-Alive, TE^M
TE: trailers^M
User-Agent: RPT-HTTPClient/0.3-3^M
Content-Type: application/x-www-form-urlencoded^M
Content-Length: 4145^M
