The Grinder 3.10: call for testing

Today I pushed The Grinder 3.10 to Nexus:

https://oss.sonatype.org/content/repositories/netsfgrinder-135/net/sf/grinder/grinder/3.10/grinder-3.10-binary.zip

Changes:

Implement feature request 3526344 - the Console Service provides a
RESTful API for automating The Grinder.

I'd be grateful if a few of you could do some pre-release user testing,
focusing in particular on new REST API. I've attached the doc.

Thanks!

- Phil

Re: The Grinder 3.10: call for testing

Hi Phil,

I was working with 3.10 version.

I recorded and ran few times some simple scripts for wls medrec samples. Just needed to generate some load on wls instance. Standard, simple Grinder usage scenario without any special features. Also played a little with console services. Nice feature !

All worked good for me. No issues observed.

Karol Muszynski

Great - that's what I needed. I'll release it later in the week.

Re: The Grinder 3.10: call for testing

Hi Phil,

one more question about attachment. Is it a correct file you wanted to send ? I do not see any informations about the REST API in it. I took instructions from your youtube presentation.

Karol Muszynski
