Starting to slowly migrate wiki to 6.5

I've started to document 6.5 features in the wiki. This means moving 
e.g. RubyGems page to:

   http://wiki.netbeans.org/RubyGems61

and using:

  http://wiki.netbeans.org/RubyGems

for 6.5, as we did for 6.1 vs. 6.0. The header on the page says for what 
version of NetBeans the wiki pages is.
