[kde-artists] Vector version of link overlay

Hello KDE Artists,
I read on your Wiki page, that you need a vectorized version of the Link 
Overlay, so I created one. If you like it, feel free to use it, or modify it.

This is great, however it is hard to read at resolutions below 48x48.
If you could provide bitmaps at 32x32, 22x22 and 16x16 touched up so
you can see what they are that would be fantastic.

Hi KDE artists,
I attached a package with my SVG-based version of the link overlay for KDE.
A README-file can be found inside.
I added PNGs for the sizes 16x16, 22x22, 32x32 and 48x48.

Comments on how to improve it are welcome.
