KDE ICONS / Suggestions to go further

Hi,

Thanks for your help getting me started in contributing to the world of
KDE!

Ok, I have created some icons for you too look at :
http://www.chrisluetchford.com/icons.asp

If they are any good where do you go from here? I'm stuck at this point
because I am very new to KDE.

any help would be great!

Re: KDE ICONS / Suggestions to go further

thanks!,

I have been reading a lot on http://artist.kde.org/guidelines.html

But there doesn't appear to be a list of icons that people can work on
(well at least I don't see one)

I also kind of understand that icons cannot look too different to the
ones already in KDE and there are guidelines which I have read and
understand... but I'm still confused to what is aloud to be created and
what's not (like new apps / programs or icons for the system...) ...
and also to a list of icons?

lol, this is pretty confusing stuff! :)

The icon guide is very old by now. See the remark at the wiki

Frans,

A few weeks ago I put your info (supplied more often by you) about the bug
list to the kde wiki. I would also like to invite you to visit the wiki and
possibly extend the info there. All users can update pages.

http://kde.ground.cz/tiki-index.php?page=KDE+Artists

Luci will make a link from the artist site to the wiki, so beginning artists
will have up to date info from then on!
