I've reset KDevelop 4.3 branch to v4.3.1, like we discussed before. If somebody wants/needs to cherry-pick some commits from master, feel free to do so, but I don't think this branch should be released anymore.

Soon I'll send an e-mail to start the process to release KDevelop 4.4.
