Patch - \ss auto-insert

Hi

Kile has the option to replace special characters with their latex equivalent.
This works fairly well except in the case of the German character \ss, which
doesn't work as a "self-contained" latex command. See
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/kile/+bug/476860 for a longer
description. Attached is a patch changing the inserted sequence from \ss to
{\ss}.

Cheers,
Andreas

I've committed a slightly different version: \ss{} and \SS{}

Thanks,

Michel

Re: Patch - \ss auto-insert

Hi,

Perfect, thanks. Granted, that is probably a bit more consistent with some of
the others.

Cheers,
Andreas
