maybe that it helps to delete the whole cache:

rm -rf
 /net/hermes/software/local/kde/sunos5.7-32/3.2.2/src/kdelibs-3.2.2/kdecore/.libs/SunWS_cache/

It's often a severe problem with this cache using the Sun Workshop compiler.
