Crossref data source misses "pages" for Phys. Rev. articles

Hi there,

I notice that the crossref data source systematically misses the "pages" field in articles from the Phys.
Rev. series. E.g., try to "Search internet" for doi:10.1103/PhysRevB.74. using crossref. Pages should
then contain 165411 (which is a crucial part of the reference) but is left empty.

Greetings,
Norbert

:( I don't get any result for that DOI with the crossref fetcher.
