"Can't talk with klauncher"

Hello Robby,

I just installed kde4.1 on kubuntu and tried to use tellico 1.3.3

When it starts an alert says "Can't talk with klauncher", after that if I try to use the IMBD script to import some movie from imbdm.com the alert

appears again and the script doesn't work.

If I use tellico from 3.5 all is ok.

Do other KDE3 apps work? I'm not sure how kubuntu is set up to run KDE4 with 
KDE3 apps. It's supposed to be possible, I know. I haven't done it yet, 
myself.

Hum.. Just tried amarok, gave me the same alert on startup (Can't talk with klauncher) but then worked normally...

Same thing with ktorrent, the alert showed up 3 times. I'm filing a bug on kubuntu, maybe they did something wrong.

Btw, what's the state of the porting to kde4? :-)

Compiles, but still has something that's causing a high CPU usage that I 
haven't tracked down yet.
