outdated OpenSPARC webpage

Hello,

the webpage under <http://haskell.org/opensparc/> ist outdated.  There is 
still the line saying that students can now apply.  Who is responsible for 
this page?  Wouldn’t it be better to move this page to the wiki so that 
keeping it up to date is easier?
