Hi everyone...

Version 0.26 of CGI::Application::Framework has just been uploaded to
CPAN.  Mirrors should start to reflect it over the next few hours.

This is mainly a bugfix release over 0.25, coming out of the monster CAF
hack-a-thon this past Saturday -- 11 people showed up!  It was awesome.
 Thanks to everyone who showed their CAF spirit for that.

Changes will appear on the CAF web site shortly, too -- a link to the
always-current CPAN release of CAF, a link to the list archive, a link
to the Wiki, and photographic evidence of the CAF hack-a-thon too.

CAF website updated

I've updated the website:

   * added link to the current release
   * added a pic from the hack-a-thon
   * added links to the mailing-list archives
   * removed the reference to the Windows character set (Hi, Matt!)
   * removed the xhtml doctype
