machinefile question

Hello!

I am using a quad core laptop with Ubuntu 12.04 and R-2.15.0

I would like to run a batch file in the following fashion:

mpirun -np 1 machinefile  R CMD BATCH hello1.R

How would I create a machinefile from the 4 cores on the laptop, please?
