I always set mailing lists to no-mail when I'm away ; somehow I forgot this one (probably because of low traffic). That is obviously no excuse for spamming hundreds of people, and I am (once again) terribly sorry for this. Documentation on how to control the subscription is in the same place as the subscribe location so maybe people should read that when they sign up :). The List-* headers are the standard location for mailing lists, it's always the first place I look. PS: Don't top-post.
