ActionView::TemplateError (Input/output error)

hi,

   my application was running fine till 2 days back and suddenly i'm
getting either of following errors. i've done some modification in the
UI, thats it. i tried to chk it in the log but couldn't find anything
specific. i search on the net on those errors but couldn't get the
solution. one more thing is when i restart the mongrel server, appl
starts working again.

   1. "Errno::EHOSTUNREACH No route to host - connect(2)"
   2. "ActionView::TemplateError (Input/output error)"

P.S. i'm using rails 1.2.5
